Date Night Tandem (Hand & Brain)
Play together as a team! Partner A announces the piece type (e.g. "Knight!"), while Partner B decides where to leap. Maximum fun with zero ELO stress.
Nine Lives Mode (Casual Friendly)
Checkmate does not end the match! The Cat King possesses 3 to 9 lives, hissing and teleporting to an open back-rank square upon being mated.
3D Low-Poly Mode (WebGPU)
Rotate the board freely in 3D with handcrafted low-poly chibi cat pieces and weather effects. Currently on hold to prioritize handcrafted 2D sets and custom cat uploads.
Atomic Cat Chess (Explosive Pawns)
Every piece capture triggers an explosive shockwave, wiping out both combatants and all adjacent non-pawn pieces in a 3×3 perimeter blast zone!
Chess960 (Fischer Random Cats)
Starting piece positions on the back rank are randomly shuffled into one of 960 valid starting positions. No opening books — pure feline intuition from move 1.
